Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Garmentor. Because many of our items are custom embroidered and made to order, shipping and processing times may vary depending on the item, quantity, and level of customization.

Processing Time
Processing time begins once your order details have been confirmed and, if applicable, once all customer-supplied items have been received. Estimated turnaround times will vary by order and will be communicated before production begins.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Personalized and custom embroidered items require additional production time. Rush orders may be available depending on schedule and product availability and may be subject to an additional fee.

Customer-Supplied Items
If you are supplying your own items for embroidery, production timing begins only after all required items have been received. Customer-supplied orders may require one extra blank item for setup and production. Any unused extra item will be returned with your order.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. The Garmentor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Garmentor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local Pickup / Delivery
If local pickup or delivery is available, details will be arranged directly with the customer.
