Thank you for shopping with The Garmentor. We take pride in creating custom items made especially for you. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom and Personalized Items
Because our items are custom made and personalized to your specifications, all personalized and custom embroidered items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Order Accuracy
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, dates, names, colors, sizing, and placement details. The Garmentor is not responsible for errors approved or submitted by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos for review.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will work with you to resolve it by:
- providing a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- correcting the embroidery issue where possible.
Customer-Supplied Items
For customer-supplied items, The Garmentor is not responsible for manufacturer defects, sizing issues, fabric flaws, or performance issues related to the original item provided. Customer-supplied orders may require one extra blank item for setup and production. Any unused extra item will be returned with your order.
